Went for a motorbike ride, stop for a tea, avoided ultra processed, high sugar/fat/Yummy tasting treats (which is a Mthrfkn challenge for this Canadian)…still sober…

Looking good buddy, that walk is no joke.
I had to skip my long walks this weekend for the first time in a while as my hips/back are bothered - really missed it. Hopefully this weekend!
