Recognizing how and what I feel is the main thing I’ve been working on since I got sober and into therapy. And stil la long way to go after five years but not giving up. Keep going friend. Three steps forward two steps back. Hugs.

With all the family stress and stress of trying to find a new job to make a little more money, I’ve been breaking out like CRAZY. 
But at least I’m not feeling as depressed. It was bad for a while there.
