On the left I was lost, dead inside and I was on my way to my rock bottom. On the right Iām living, clean and sober and getting my life back. Sometimes it seems impossible but just know itās not. Even if this is the only fight I fight itās the most important one, because itās for my life.

Nice evening there up at my local Gaelic football club. One of my girls got 2 medals for winning under 14 league and championship Camogie county finals for our club. The bar is open so I left her and my wife enjoy the craic for a few hoursā¦ a month and a half ago I would have stayed to sup pintsā¦ although I wasnāt triggered Iāll not test myself just yet. Iām really happy that I was glad to be coming home soberā¦ and not feeling sorry for myself.
