Was quitting cigarettes hard? How did you do it?

I went through the NHS and the Smoking Cessation Councillor really helped and supported me.
Got given a choice of the usual nicotine replacement crap, which doesnât work for me, but they also provide vapes through a local company which make e-liquid.
So I started off on 12mg and gradually reduced to 0mg, made all the difference, but youâve got to put the fags down and only use the vape and itâs essential that you choose a quit date and do the transition on that day no faffing around. I still vape, but thatâs next the quit list.
You could do it by yourself this way but youâd have to pay for it, I got the vape free and free liquid for 2 months. Hope this helps.

Today was surreal.
There was good crab in the gear. We caught 250 pounds in 25 traps. We donated it to the food bank. We donate fish all year long. Thats what made them want to do an episode about us.

We cut, process and delivered over 1000 one pound packages of premium fillets to our local food bank last year.
Today, I am going help process the crab. The Fishmonger crew will be filming.
