Love this :star_struck: and so true :folded_hands: It’s like drinking/drugs puts up a wall in front of us and there’s this undeniable feeling of freedom when it comes down :raising_hands: Awesome to see you enjoying the benefits! Looking happy and healthy as always :blue_heart:

From passed out to wide awake!!! These 3 years sober have taught me more about myself then the 20 years getting wasted or high! This is me now 100% authentically myself!!! There’s no looking back and I’m finally truly happy with the man I am today! Because of sobriety I had the honor of marrying the love of my life and now raising a son with future children in mind! If I kept drinking I would be alone half in the bag or six feet under by now… with all the positives there have been negatives my grandma passed away that I lived with most my childhood and some of adulthood. I was training for a powerlifting meet that happens this weekend as a challenge for myself to celebrate this 3 years but unfortunately my back gave out and found out I have a bulging disc that’s compressing my sciatica nerve causing pain for almost 3 months now… my point being the drunk Zack would have found excuses to drink to celebrate the good times and really hit it hard for the bad times! This sober journey has really shown my strength physically and mentally that I can deal with any issue sober and completely clear minded without drowning it all with booze! Thank you guys for this outlet of like minded sober folks! We’re stronger then some think! This app and all of you have truly helped me along the way staying on the straight and narrow! Have a great rest of your week! ODAAT

Finally able to post pics. 32/WI. I’ve been struggling with addiction since i was a teenager. Been clean 8 years off h3roin but slipped into other drugs and alcohol. Almost 5 months clean and sober of everything like my post before said. I just wanted to elaborate a bit and look forward to meeting new friends.
