Iām almost through my first 3 days AF. A wonderful coincidence happened on day one: I paid for a week of unlimited classes a few months back to a barre/pilates studio to try it out, and just never went. The studio texted me saying they wanted to still honor 3 free classes, so I jumped at it on day 2. It felt like a gift from the universe for making the right decision.
Iām not in shape and having cravings on top of it made it not very fun but it kept my mind busy for a while and made me super tired, which helped with the cravings, too. Iām looking forward to getting stronger and seeing the results!

Walking in a Winter Woodland
Took my sober arse for a 7 and a half miles powerwalk through local woodland and listened to some beats to help with the pace. First time Iāve taken this route in 8 months. Iām not as fast as Iād like to be but itās early days.
