Today I have 3months 29days sober. I am antsy and anxious. I think im stircrazy from being cooped up in the house. Or maybe its because of the warm weather and it being so nice outside. Or maybe its because the bars opened back up here. Its Saturday and I cant seem to shake the feeling of wanting to get dolled up and go to a bar. Not to drink, but to be around people, around the energy… so Im gonna make dinner and go for a walk, watch a movie later… maybe this will help.

You are doing great at 3 months +.
The pull is always there, but remember how it ends. Play the tape to the end. Going to the bar will most likely end in drinking. Also, think about the increased chance for catching COVID. Walk, sit outside, anything to not pick up.

Lol! Nah. It was pretty good actually. I like not being hungover. The hair is…well, it’s just hair. I’ll get tired of it eventually and shave it off.
