I don’t want to drink at all I’m just feeling all the emotions of everything going on in my city and it’s breaking me. Breaking me for my family, my friends for those I don’t even know.
My anxiety has been higher then ever. Being an empath is extremely difficult right now.
I am so thankful to have a loving boyfriend who knows how to keep me centered
