That North American Bald Eagle. I see them frequently flying about in my area. There’s a nesting pair that returns every year in my city, with a Webcam set up to watch the chicks hatch and the parents tending to them.

Day 6 sober… today did not go as scheduled at all… even my sponsor had to cancel day 2 of step work with me cause his day was throwing him curveballs… THEN to top it all off, a situation that is a HUGE trigger for me took an unexpected jab at me and at that point I really wanted to pick up a drink. But… I am NOT making this next part up, just as I was filled with anxiety and frustration, the damn cell phone rings and the caller ID says “Joe AA.”
I never answered a phone call so fast… I barely know this guy… I recently met him at a meeting… He said Hello… and I said “Bro… your timing is perfect…”

I love preworkouts! Tried one this morning with my workout. It was a sample but it had a thermogenic in it and was really good! Made sweat cry thats for sure!
