Hey folks, just crawling into bed on night 5 of being alcohol free and night one of being painkiller free. No one in my life knows how often I drank and used strong painkillers, so no one knows I’m going sober. Hence all the updates and selfies to keep me on track. Sincerest apologies if I’m being annoying, I’m just finding so much relief and distraction in this community and it feels like a way to stay accountable x
