Haha. I couldn’t actually grow a full beard until I was around 25. Before that I had some patchiness too. I also have alopecia that shows up randomly. So occasionally, I’ll get a random bald spot on my beard for a few months.

The supplement. I get it off Amazon, but you can find it in the vitamin aisle at the grocery or drug store.
