holy shit these memories showed up from 2016. I know I do alot of these post, but I remember being hammered when I took these pictures. I may look ok but I was out of mind. I love how much healthier I look and I’m 4 years older. Sobriety is fricken kick ass man

Poutine. Is gravy, cheese a fries. So good easy to make if you ever want to try it. Up here in NY is famous for that shit, we have like buffalo poutine, pizza poutine. Chicken and poutine. You name it you can get it in poutine lol

I cannot figure out how to post here without replying to someone else’s thread. 9 months sober from alcohol today. Appetite still isn’t normal and I’ve only eaten 1 meal a day for that 9 months but I feel good and am down 40 lbs. thank you for the inspiration and support everyone.
