15th day sober and never felt better. No groggy mornings, no sense of dread, my body feels better and trimmer.
Long journey ahead still but I’m happy with where I am at the mo so motivated to keep making myself better.
Thanks to yall for all the support and openness. Its definitely helped me this time round to keep focused and fight any temptations.
