I was messing around last night with my roommates and I tripped out on the progress I’ve made physically since I’ve been clean and sober. Super proud of myself! One is day 13 sober and the other one was last night day 91. Soooo grateful. Have a great day today!!!

Day 3 , finally managed to get round to a workout , want to build up.my fitness level again
