I could not believe how great ten days off the sauce made me feel. @IcanIwill I don’t know if I looked any better as a 60 year old guy. But I was feeling great 
it has only gotten better. Since I started my journey I dropped 45 pounds so I reckon I look bit better.

Thank youuuu, it’s a blessing to read this!!!. I haven’t done too much inner work yet, but just the little I have started is helping tremendously. I try to stay positive because manifestation is real. I only want to encourage any and everybody because there is ALWAYS a better way of life. You cannot change the world but you can help by changing yourself. “So I’m starting with the man in the mirror”!

It’s cold, a little lower temperature and we’ll have frozen nights. I’m about to change my Pink spring/summer jacket for some tweed very soon.
