Glad to hear your OK today as you know its the only day that matters, yes we’re going to pass through pain sometimes but that’s all we do, we’re just visitors to our emotions it’s a brief place and we always move on. I’m great thanks, if I was to meet the dalai lama right now he would wonder where it all went wrong for himself

Same here. Balm as way too thin. Like just thicker oil. Smelled fantastic though. Wife said my beard smelled like an orange dreamsicle…

Day 27 fam! It’s the weekend for me! Had an amazing but busy day. Was able to have a calm and mature conversation with my 8 year old (who is autistic) about him getting his flu shot. Shots are so incredibly stressful for him (and me)… but my approach was spot on and it went soooooo good!!! Its smallvictories like this that make me thankful for sobriety. If I was drinking I could have said ONE wrong WORD and it would have been a totally different outcome. Hope you all had a beautiful day.
