Welcome. Congratulations on your 5 days. Ya, weekends can be tough when you first get started. It wasn’t for me cuz I drank every day!! Avoiding triggers and getting exercise and keeping busy help me a lot when I first started. And lots of sparkling water in my wine glass. I did a lot of power walks. Sometimes 2 a day. And meditation helps a lot too. Say,… if you want to make sure someone sees your comments tag them in by using @Sopjetopje that person might not check that topic again for awhile. Have a read around here, especially on the weekend, and join in. Lots of great topics and people around that have been through the stress of a first weekend.
