Another day in bed on ice and Advil. Alternating heat. The back is getting better. Less worse. Usually it’s a 2 or 3 day thing. But at least I got my buddy with me.

Crabs are getting harder to catch, making them worth more. We moved some gear and found some really good crab for this late in the season!

Just my back 
It goes out about once a year or so. Yesterday was the day. I didn’t even do anything. As a matter of fact I was getting ready to go to my bi weekly chiropractor appointment and when I got my old 61 year ass up out of my chair I pulled something. Life huh ?
