Your change is great! I don’t blame ya for posting it. Look at you now mate! I got both hips done back in my early 40’s No regrets. I hear the rehabbing of the knees is a bit harder but you’re going to love it when your done. You might also be down cuz of your knee pain. I remember when my hips hurt constantly I was a real bummer to be around. And that pain makes you tired.
Big congratulations on your 4 months now. You may not be feeling it but your looking damn good.

Mate don’t ever apologise for being proud of being sober, I notice if my waste is 1mm thinner, as long as we feel better about ourself we answer to no one. Congratulations on your sobriety and I’m proud of you too.

Thanks love I’ve found it hard last few weeks. Not the drinking, but the quality of life. But I’m breathing and have my grandson to keep me very busy so I’ll be fine. Especially seeing these two photos, its really lifted me up so much. Keep smiling and stay safe love xxxx
