Way to go, Brit! Wow!
Didnât notice before. We out here morphing
The sunshine and warmth definitely helps â I know for sure that the gray, overcast, dreariness of winter gets to me after a bit. That first day driving with the windows down always lifts my spirits.
Hopefully this is the antidepressants starting to do their thing. I had to fight through some mild side effects - nausea, fatigue - but only for a few weeks and it wasnât every day, and theyâre gone now mostly. Medication was the only thing I hadnât really tried (other than my brief time on antidepressants 10-15 yrs ago, and I was drinking hard back then and not taking them consistently). After discussing the smaller changes Iâm recently starting to notice in my thinking and feelings, my therapist thinks itâs starting to work and the effectiveness could very well increase if this is just the beginning. Weâll see!
Thank you Jenna
I feel like I am waking up
Love this @TMAC! Reading your post made my day. The weather this week in the NE has been a game changer for me. Time changing tonight will give us a little extra boost too.
