175 days sober. Iāve gotten a job, my car back, my family is talking to me again and I just moved into my own apartment. This time, all in a new city. I hardly have cravings anymore, but when I do itās because people are hyping up drinking and I have to talk with someone else. Never thought Iād be where Iām at today, but by the grace of God, here I am.

day 9ā¦ The reason behind this disabled public toilet selfie- I was out shopping and needed to use the bathroom, I found this one , whilst I was Washing my hands I had a flash back memory Iād forgottenā¦ 5 years ago, I sat on the floor of this very same bathroom , with two other people , smoking/shooting meth. I was homeless, staying at the homeless service temporary accomadation a few blocks away. It was my second time being homeless. I would then go on after this to be homeless one more time after this. It took me three times ending up homeless to get my sh&% together and keep a roof over my head whilst still usingā¦ Today , 5 years later , I stand in this bathroom , with my new meditation pillow - a complete opposite of contrast to who I previously was in here 5 years ago. Its taken me a while, but I made it out of that cycle and got my life back

Got my first 2 a day since surgery. Workout in the morning and the evening. Sad to go back to work tomorrow but thankful for the 3 day weekend I didnāt spend drinking

Because of the Covid it took a while since my sleeve is finished, but itās finally done. No planās for new ones soon. But I have some spots at my right upper arm left so who knows in the near future. Iāve always said I want my 2 arms fully covered. Nearly there 
Iām ok, but a bit wobbly the last days. Having a few days off now so missing my structure. Kicking myself out within a hour to walk and do some groceries. Tonigt Iām having two friends over to have dinner with me. Since 1 week I can have 2 persons visting, the Dutch gouvernement released the Covid restrictions a bit.
And how are you doing Conor?

Barnowl on my upperarm, songtekst from my favorite band on inside lowerarm. What helped me to make the design of my sleeve is make a kind of moodboard on Pinterest. And thinking about how it will look when Iām 80 ore so
