What is your motivation? I never became the fit person (always working out) but always wanted to be.

I’ve been working out for about 5 years. When I first started I was a smoker and heavy drinker. 170 on a 5’3 frame. I quit smoking 2 yrs 5 months ago. I noticed how much I improved and it keep me going. Honestly it’s just the improvements overall that keep me going but I just recently since I quit drinking have gotten into the groove. I like seeing my muscles grow and it just helps me so much on the mental side. It’s hard to get into it if you aren’t consistent. Takes 21 days to make or break a habit so they say lol Some days I don’t want to and I have to force myself and then the sense of accomplishment is the reward to keep me going back.
