Not my normal thing to do 2 workouts in a row but I was bored so here we are. My 4 day weekend is nice but the boredom is a huge trigger for me.

Hi friends! Just want to let y’all know that today is my 11th day of sobriety from alcohol. So proud of myself and have an amazing support system from my family. I will still follow this path that is so awesome. Faith over fear!!! Thank you so much for your support in this awesome family of people who are just like me.

28 days clean 29 days ago I was told if I would have kept using I would be dead within a month. 28 days later I’m clean and alive. God is so good.
