Does it seem better that I didn’t fall deeper than I did? No. Not at all. I’m grateful don’t get me wrong, but I am working on being honest with myself.
715 days dry as of today 
Lots of changes around work have had me feeling very anxious and a bit down, which has been offset by the other emotional bombshell that I’m going to be a dad in November (!!!). I’ve reinstalled headspace on my phone to keep focus, along with cooking lovely healthy food and carving wooden spoons for meditation. So far so good, hope everyone is doing okay.

Thanks, I’m so excited. I lost my dad as a teenager due to drink related things so the concept of fatherhood has been a tricky one up until now - I feel very ready.

Yeah man we are supposed to get snow tomorrow and it was like plus 32 on Monday and Tuesday and it was -4 this morning
