Headed to the range. I am giving Ms. Monkey’s BFF a lesson. It’s the first time I have met her. Ms. Monkey is pretty smart. She knows the gun range is where I find my peace.

Well it was suppose to be a grade 4 ac separation. It was a grade 4 ac separation, all ac ligaments torn, torn rotator cuff and torn labrum. I messed it up last year and kept working out and they think I kept tearing things/made it worse since I didn’t get it checked out for so long. It’s mostly fixed now. That’s why I’ve been running so much. The doctors took weight lifting away

Damn… I’d be lost without weights. Any chance you can lift again after rehab?
They said I’d never be the same but I’m hoping in a year or so to at least be lifting a bit. Next year I have my eyes set on the murph. Only time will tell I suppose
