What race are you training for? I have raced a bunch previously, mostly criteriums and cyclocross though. Not so much anymore since having kids.

Heck yeah cyclocross! I used to race xc a little in college before I got in a pretty bad crash. Now I just do endurance gravel races. Currently training for The Day Across Minnesota (aka The DAMn). I did it last year which is 240 miles in 24 hours. This year is the last year they are putting on this race so they are offering a double version that I will be attempting.
480 miles in 48 hours.

Shit, that’s a big one!! I don’t really have any desire to be on a bicycle for that long! I’m still mostly road. The popularity and amount of gravel eacies seems to be picking up quite a bit over the past few years. I keep telling myself to try a couple out.
