I’m exactly the same, I think I’ve only ever taken about three selfies and they have been for selfie threads on here. I don’t have any photos from when I was using fortunately. I didn’t think people could tell when I was off it but I was wrong

Gulp, here I go. I have so few photos of me whilst in active use because I hated photos of myself and either didn’t let them be taken or deleted them and definitely no photos of me in m darkest times. I tried to find ones that were comparable-ish, so all at relatively happy moments.
- October 2016 - active drinking
- November 2018 - 1 month sober
- July 2019 - almost 9 months sober
