What a change! It’s something I’ve noticed with these before and after photos of people. You can see a brightness to the eyes.

Always comes back to the eyes. Your first photo you got the dark sunken eye thing happening. Photo two, your eyes are present… possibly pissed off or annoyed, but present! Haha
