That is so awesome to hear. Yoga has become a major part of my sobriety. Stick with it, it is amazing. Good job!
It keeps me sane. Ibwas always told I should join yoga but this was the first time I have actually gone. I am able to connect spiritually which helps me with the 12 steps process
