down at Worthing 7s rugby festival. Won 1 lost 2 scored my first try for a long time. Playing with and against players half my age. Now aching all over. Loving it. Couldn’t have done this without being sober.

ok, so not a selfie, but this was my view last week. I.biked the Courtney Campbell Causeway across Tampa Bay…literally it goes all the way acorss the Bay.
