That yellowing can also be referred to as “having character”…I kind of like when the paint stars to show its age!

I use Elixirs on my acoustic (I have an Ovation) and always have. I’ve never tried them on my tele, or any electric for that matter. Might give it a try!
If you get the coated electric elixirs, I wouldn’t go anymore than .10 …maybe a .11/.12 would be okay on a 24 fret neck with a strat scale length (I think the tele is the same) but I’m not sure. I’ll probably resting my strat with elixirs and see what it sounds like. My warlock has only ever had slinky on it.

Picture on the left was taken about 2 months ago - it is genuine happiness. I was out with my boyfriend, we played mini golf and walked the pier on the boardwalk. The wind was blowing my hair all around, I couldn’t stop laughing!
Picture on the right was taken the night of my last drink - behind the drunken smile is sadness and low self esteem. I blacked out 10 minutes after I took the picture. Something I never want to happen again.

So my fiance decides to call off the wedding an throw in towel. Please keep in mind I have over 1.5 yrs of sobriety. The easy thing would be grab a bottle an throw in towel. Nope not this time I’m not gonna let her or anyone else take what I’ve worked so hard to accomplish!

I realise I’m responding to a year old post but did you have a workmate drill your tooth to relieve an abscess, drilling your nails one thing but your tooth! That’s hardcore
