My break from work is officially over. I have a job interview Monday to finally take on a position as Head Chef in a local pub-restaurant and it’s looking good Hopefully a pretty big pay increase and the last bit of autonomy that I was missing before as a sous chef. I really feel it’s time to get back into Headmanship. I hope you’re doing well Mandi
