Sober Timer

Hey guys! Courtney here, addict/alcoholic.
I recently got a new phone and had to download the app again. I can not for the life of me remember how to change my sober time from years, months to a total number of days.
Example: 1 year to 365 days

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

From the home screen, click Edit

Then click the display button

And select your display setting!
