Well i got mad stick yesterday from a flavored ice tea from a fancy shop. I also had a week long trip out, on my mental health. My haldol was beginning to weaken in my system perhaps.
I drank the ice tea and a few minutes later my wife said my eyes looked red and i felt so focused and my belly was really restless and in my throat;
the belly in my throat was a normal im sick to my stomach feeling
The focus part i dont know where it came from but i did have a black ice coffee with 2 turbo shots in it be4 this added iced tea in my system. I believe i was strung out on too much caffiene. So after all of this i got home and made a phyc dr appointment for eatlier today.
The outcome
I told the dr about the coffee and flavored ice tea for her notes, then explained my symptoms for the full week and why the beginning of the mental health laps happened. She was understanding and i felt heard. Im swiching from haldol to abilify going 5mg lass haldol and 5mg more abilify wvery 2 weeks until haldol is concidered safe to dissregard. I see my dr over the phone on video every 2 weeks until im on 15mg abilify and off 15mg of haldol; then i see her in person on more time and im guessing we will be back to our normal once a month video call meeting right after that.
Anyway so this week has been a yo yo for sure. I took the day off for the appointment.
-The big milestone is after i got home i asked my wife if we vould pick up a drug test so i can know for a fact it wasnt a bad ice tea.
–Turns out i passed amphetamines, cocain, thc, opiods, and benzos. They all came up negative. I passed all the drugs we tested. i felt sick not today but yesterday. I asked them to put detsils in there notes to protect mysrlg. Ibdont need anyone thinking i would bring that around my boy
The mentsl illness part show progress conciderating how gd dm long that mentsl health laps lasted. I almost knew for a fact that, i almost knew it was just a bad week but i couldnt grasp that it was just that simple.
I start my new med tomorrow
I hounestly didnt know abilify would be able to help as much as haldol use to help

The milistone was physical proof of no substances today.
