Welcome @Reckless28 to TS. I’m grateful you’re here.

Having a healthy morning routine really helps me out, this is what I do:

  1. wake up thank my higher power for another day and start praying as i am brushing my hair/teeth
  2. stretch and drink a couple glasses of water
  3. coffee and prayer
  4. positive affirmations
  5. 10th step - i ask myself questions like how am I feeling what am I doing what is my purpose etc
  6. short walk
  7. breath work
  8. get online here and have a snack take my meds

Maybe you could find something that works for you

Welcome to the forum!! Glad ur here
First off, BIG congratulations on 9 months!! Thats a huge accomplishment.
Mornings can be tricky for sure. Thats why i like to have a recovery morning routine. I get up, brew some coffee, and begin my day with prayer (if ur into that sort of thing), gratitude lists, daily readings, and exercise. It helps start my day off on the right foot. I find it really helps me mentally and also keeps me recovery focused.

Whay exactly makes the mornings hard for you tho? Is this related to cravings? Or fatigue? Etc. Just trying to understand a bit more
