Sobriety one day at a time

This time I want to succeed with this process of quitting alcohol and drugs. I feel like I try so hard but its so easy for me to slip and relapse. My depression got the best of me the last couple of days but I am going on 3 days strong and plan on going many more. No more excuses I really need to better myself mentally and physically.

I liked this quote, “The moment you make the internal changes necessary to obtain your goal, the outside world changes instantly.” :grin: I’m going on four days internally and externally!
