i too agree that this community has been so detrimental to my recovery but you should also be proud of your accomplishments as you alone are doing this daily journey and are kicking ass! Way to go

To be honest there were two instances were i had 1 or 2 cigarettes and a drink but I am happy about it because I felt like I chose it and i didn’t binge in any of these occasions.

Ι do not know if anyone is going to feel motivated by me adding this here but yesterday I celebrated a year clean of crystal meth and I have 5-6 months on all these other stuff, excluding very few times that i drunk alcohol and/or smoked cigarettes.
Recovery is possible
