Some positive feedback from Quitting drinking!

Good morning guys! I am on day 8.5 and wanted to share a lil positive things I have gotten so far from quitting, please join in so I can see more positivity!

  1. No more guilt
  2. Havent had a hangover (which means I actually make it to work!)
  3. I feel proud of myself!
  4. Im not hurting my loved ones anymore!
  5. No more scratchs and bruises!
  6. No ones telling me what embarrassing thing I did the night befor!
  7. Havent wasted my whole check in one night on god knows what!
  8. Been able to pray at night!
  9. Havent been depressed after a nights worth of binge drinking!
  10. Im proud of myself! (Did I say that already?) lol
    Cant wait to reach my 10 days! Double digits soon! Theres so many more positive things I can think of and Im feeling better everyday!

I like this thread! I can relate to all of yours. Plus I got my wife back. Fell in love all over again. Decided to try for another baby. Accomplished getting pregnant😊

So for anyone that thinks all is lost in your marriage, don’t give up. Love is a decision and not some cupcakes and rainbows bull shit feeling. You decide to love or not love. Minds can always be changed.

11) No more mystery charges on the card
12) No more nightmares of the drive (swerve) home, especially if I was on the bike (shayza…)
13) Not having to pee all the time
14) Well-rested feeling
15) Better workouts
16) No day-after sweats
17) Nothing to explain to the wife
18) Not having to apologize about last night for some reason
19) Not worried about losing my job for boozing during work
20) Less pudge around the waist and cheeks

Just think how amazing you will feel next week.

You will be able to look up at all the stars and be reminded of all the hot sober people out there.
