Has anybody got any suggestions for healthy alternatives to smoking that satisfy the physical craving to overfill your lungs? At the moment I’m just taking deep breaths and holding them a few seconds, it helps but I was wondering if anyone had found something else that worked. Doesn’t have to do with breathing just interested in things that are able to divert that craving as it’s the one that I associate the most with distress relief.

I liked chewing gum. Pop a fresh piece in as often as it takes.
