. Hopefully you can at least go to bed sober tonight and worry about tomorrow only when it’s actually upon us?
Also, it may be time to set and maintain some personal boundaries: is someone really your ex if they are allowed to kiss you and you sleep in the same bed? And if them dating other people clearly hurts you?
