I am looking for a sponsor. I have had various lengths of sobriety. Up to 5+ years on time. I want to start this journey over again. Am looking for someone who knows how to deal with retreads like me.

Welcome Amy. This forum is a great support system, however it’s not AA specific. The best place to find a sponsor would be at an AA meeting.

Grab a big book and read the doctor’s opinion and let me know. When we both have the time we can discuss it.
