Think you should go to a meeting and get one there face to face sponsorship is a lot better than on line one best of luck

A good sponsor should be someone that lives close to you and can check-in on you. It should also be someone that you respect and admire that isn’t afraid to be brutally honest with you. I would suggest attending a 12-step meeting near you to find such a person.
