Starting over!

hii, i think it’s important to build a routine for my mental and physical health! i really want to have some stability and peace in my life, so all i need to do is be patient. it’s really hard to do regular things like skincare, taking my pills, going to the gym, etc., but i am at my lowest and i’m so tired of it. i want to do this for myself and for the people who believe in me. my grandma paid for my gym and i’ve only been there once in the last week and i feel ashamed. i promise myself that i would try to do normal things like normal people do and i won’t let this fucking depression take over my life! tomorrow i have consultation with my psychiatrist and i hope everything will be okay! by the way i’ve got my nails done for the first time in the six months! so proud of it

For me, working out is a key to managing how I feel. Don’t beat yourself up for not going to the gym. That’s the past. You can start today or tomorrow (depending on your time zone when you read this). But based on my experience don’t try and do too much at first. Start slowly. Maybe 20 minutes each time for the first week. Then add a few more minutes each week. And after a couple of weeks the gym will be a new and healthy habit.

Its really helpful to be sober and safe
Things happen in life that make being sober a very useful thing.
