This is day one ,of staying sober.
Of many past years,of using the booze as a way to cope through life’s hardships.I am determined to win this horrible cycle once and for all.

Congratulations on day one. Just remember one day at a time. Sometimes one hour at a time just to make it through the day. It all adds up and positive things are coming!
