Just getting down a little realization I’ve come to regarding ODAAT. Whenever I’ve tried to quit before I have constantly thought about what I will do in the days to come, various events and situations I will be dealing with. However, this time I keep bringing my focus back to the moment and saying to myself I’ll deal with tomorrow when it comes. I’ve read about this so much on here but this is the first time it has clicked with me and it helps so much. Anyway, there’s my thought for the day!

Awesome - so true. The present is where all the progress happens, it’s where all the choices are made. This is a deep insight and when you put it into practice it will bear fruit. Good for you!
