Today is a new day! When I do things that keep me in the moment I forget about all my addictions. Tonight Iām going to write down everything that I can do to keep me in the moment. So far I think of meetings, coloring, games, talking to friends, painting, poetry, and talking to my hp. What do you all do?

Great idea!!! I love to exercise, do dishes/clean mindfully, self care, walk in nature. Those are a few things that help me stay in the moment

I love to cross stitch, make stained glass and take nice baths with candles and my favourite Netflix series on the go whilst Iām in it. I love to keep the house clean and organised and I love walking my dog and chilling with my cats and a good book
