Surrender, acceptance, and honesty is a great way to get started without delaying the lifting obsession process. It is so critical that we understand how important it is to not be in denial, we have a spiritual void to fill and it requires us to be rigorous from the very start. I learned that as long as we understand that we will never be able to use successfully and that everything has a solution as long as we don’t pick up the journey begins.
