WTG Sarah, keep at it !! Having some chocolate candy like M&Ms or a Milky Way helped me with persistant urges early on…the sugar toned down the need to drink. Being mindful of H A L T (hungry , angry, lonely, tired) helped as well. And as you know, staying busy makes the hours pass innocently.

Keep on trucking !!

The best feeling is when I have worked through the craving or desire to drink. It is wow I did it! I can do it!, another day! Let’s move along to another day!!:hugs:
