Struggling at 2 weeks

Need motivation was doing great nearly day 14 - 2 weeks but struggling today - really want to drink - bored - want to drink - tired want to drink - tv - people drinking looking happy - what do you all do when you feel like this??

When I feel like that, I go to a meeting and talk it out, which helps me get out of my head.

I’d love to but have no childcare - next one I can make is Wednesday- I’ve got the big book out again and loads of biscuits

When I have cravings I eat something sweet like chocolat or ice. What also helps me is do something active like a work out or run!
