I am on second weekend and I have hard urges. How to control and on witch timeline does hard urges stops.

In time this will pass, for now what worked for me in early recovery was in person meetings. Get involved as well. I committed to going to a meeting every day for awhile, I picked up a service position. I got phone lists and a sponsor. I began working steps. With a sponsor. I didn’t hangout with anyone that used. Even if a 12 step group doesn’t speak to you. Find something similar in a recovery community that does appeal to you.
